Unlocker helps delete locked files with error messages like:

Cannot delete file: Access is denied
There has been a sharing violation.
The source or destination file may be in use.
The file is in use by another program or user.
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is
not currently in use.

# Change Log

Unlocker 1.8.0 - 18/02/2006

- New feature: Unlocker Assistant. Unlocker Assistant stays in
your system tray bar and automatically launches Unlocker if you are
trying to delete/rename/move a file that is locked. So for those who use
Unlocker Assistant, no need to right click files or folders anymore.
This feature can be deactivated during the install.
- New language: Indonesian thanks to Edi Gunawan Liu

Thanks, nice program though there's a little paradoxon: In most cases ab
undeleteble file is locked by my file manager which gets closed if I use
unlocker. To delete the file I have to start it again. This works but can
also be done without unlocker.
Maybe a function like this would be great: close app / delete file /
restart app.
BTW "unlocker" is a german term for "uncool", which gives a slightly worng
impression, since I find it very "locker" ;-)

Hi,
I think you should mail this to the maker. He does respond to bugs etc.
(he did when I sent one). I never noticed closing a program, but I don't
think that's the way it's meant to do, because like you say: you can do
that yourself too.

Oh, something made me think you're the author. Thanks for replying anyway.
Ok, my description wasn't 100% correct: My Filemanager (powerdesk) isn't
closed by unlocker but after unlocking it won't respond so I have to close
it.

Hi,
That still sounds like a possible bug to me (in Unlocker or in
Powerdesk), so I still think you should contact the author.
