please read previous post as well...

i now see that the diffrence in screen res is 1024x768 on
the original PC and 1280x1024. but the tx is appearing
bigger on the screen with higher res.

Is the 1280 machine set to use Large Fonts, or Extra Large Fonts?
(right click on desktop, Properties, Appearance Tag)
