Update text value with null value

Hi,
I want to create a query that will replace the value "Unchecked" which
appears in about 10 fields with a null value. Since this needs to be done
daily, I want to create a query (Update query?) that does this rather than a
find a replace.

Can someone help?

UPDATE TableName
SET FieldName = NULL
WHERE FieldName = "Unchecked";
