Update Target Designer with DirectX 9

Hi,

How Update DirectX 9 component in Target Designer ?
I read the

This component update on the target DirectX 9 but not in the Target
Designer.

It's an silence install file from DX9.0's sdk.
I think you can make a FBA to install the DX9.0
