recently installed SP2, getting error message when going to the Windows
Update site 0x800A01AE

Try this: Start>Run and type this lines one by one hitting enter at each end:

regsvr32 wuapi.dll
regsvr32 wups.dll
regsvr32 wuaueng.dll
regsvr32 wucltui.dll
regsvr32 msxml3.dll

I have tried to register these files. Two were "not installed", so what do I
do to install them, which i guess is the next step in this process(?).
