Update shared calender

Trying to get Secretary to update my calender. Use MS office share. She can
see calender but cannot update it. Have given maximum permissions. Outlook
2007/XP. How/what to do so she can update my shared calender??

Is the "office share" the generic Office Online or do you have an Office
Live sharepoint account? Is "XP" her Outlook version or Windows?

The generic office online version is not updatable by others; I'm not sure
about the office live.
