Received an email from Mr. Hurd, chairman of HP today. He's assigning
someone to come out, as well as attempting to cease the run-arounds. Thanks

Great! New computers shouldn't crash unless you've done something horribly
wrong and it sure doesn't sound like that is the case. I hope that you
finally get all your issues resolved with that machine and HP!
