You must be able to publish to a server that has the FP extensions installed
via FP's http mode.

Can I point my FP's saved files to my ftp, so that I can update my web
from home and office?

Go home, open your live site in FrontPage and publish it back to your
machine.
Make the changes you want and then publish back to the server.
Go to work tomorrow and repeat the process, but select changed pages only
each time
Go back home and repeat the process, but select changed pages only each time
Go back to work............
go home........

and so on.

The server I use does support FP extensions. I've had my FP created sit
there for some time. I now want to update my web page at home and a
work. I now have to cary via floppy the edited page from PC to PC
before I publish, or I write over what work I previously completed a
the other PC.

thanks!
