update form

Hi Im using a form with one textbox on only and a command button. I
run a macro that runs through 10 full worsheet adding/minusing
values from a starting value in the textbox. Id like to see this
update as the macro runs. At the momment it doesnt update until the
macro ends. Any ideas please.
