Update files

Is it possible to download somewhere update files and then
transfer them to the computer that does not have internet
connection?
I want to do it because for some reason my laptop lost
internet connection and I want update MS AntiSpyware on
them in order to fix problem.

Just download the program again from MS. The download is updated as new
signature files are added.
