FastStone Image Viewer is a fast, stable, user-friendly
image browser, converter and editor. It has a nice array
of features that include image viewing, management,
comparison, red-eye removal, emailing, resizing,
cropping and color adjustments.


Version 2.4 beta 2 :
New Features in this beta version:
-------------------------------------------------
- Video files ( AVI, MPG, MPEG, WMV ) can be displayed as
thumbnails in the browser. Double clicking on a video file will
open it in the default media player

- Add "Text Board" (press T key) that allows users to draw the
following objects on images:
--- Text
--- Freehand line
--- Straight line with arrow
--- Rectangle
--- Ellipse
--- Marker
--- Watermark

- Add option to display "Rule of Thirds" in "Crop Board" (press X key)

I wish it would allow PaintShopPro files .psp.

I wish they would provide an option to turn off the preview
window when browsing images in a directory. If you use the
cursor keys to move from thumbnail, the program redraws the
larger preview image whether you want it or not and you have
minimized it out of iew and you can't navigate with the cursor
keys because they are slow.
