can you download this program and run it with all items on!
Make a System Restorepoint first!

It repairs all kind of things related to the problems you have.
Like to here of it worked for you, i had no problems but after running
the tool my PC starts faster so there where also on my PC problems that
slow the system. But it repairs Update and more.
