Cdex is a is utility which can extract Digital Audio (DA)
tracks from an Audio CD into files on the hard disk. The
extracted audio tracks can be stored as WAV or a compression format
(mp3, flac etc.)

They only have the exe installation file, no more zip without
installation files. Maybe it is still in the making. It is a nice
program though.
