Update 5695

I have done the update many times to 5695 but it never
seems to install properly.

When I check for updates it reinstalls update 5695 over
and over again.

What is the problem?

What has fixed a similar issue for me was to delete the definition files
from the directory where Microsoft Antispyware is installed.
