Unwanted websites launch automatically

I think that my children have been using the internet to
access pornographic websites. Some time after launching
IE6 a message comes up telling me to "click yes" to
access a cirtain pornographic website. There isn't a "no"
option and just closing this message doesnt stop a number
of pages launching. How can I stop this from happening?
