Unwanted websites appearing

Every two or three days, we have filthy and obscene
websites appear in our favorites list. These are not
websites that we have gone to, nor are they ones I EVER
want on my computer. I delete them each time, and have
even placed them by website url on my restricted list,
and each time they reappear, I check my restricted list
and they are gone from there and just reappear whenever
on my favorites list.

What is going on? I want this to end!

Sypware/Malware/Garbageware is probably the cause.

It is recommended every computer have both programs (or
alternatives) on top of your Anti-Virus Program
Make sure they are always updated and run them regularly,
especially after you have downloaded a program or your
computer/browser begins acting different/strange.

Windows Updates - Update Windows regularly (at the very
least once a month) - ALWAYS download Critical Updates.
You can set your computer for automatic updates if you
prefer.
