Unwanted Toolbars

Does anyone know how to get rid of spam toolbars that keep
getting added to IE 6.0? Toolbar is listed
as "eackckshouc" and when you disable it IE crashes???

also had www.wabu.com repeatedly assigned as IE homepage,
despite changing it back to anything else.

Appreciate any ideas to clean up these
problems/virus/popup.
