Unwanted Toolbars

I recently had a new toolbar come up on my browser. It
is labeled "afshshachee" on my View drop-down menu for
toolbars, and even though I can turn it off, it comes
back every time I open IE. I have not found anything
in "Remove Programs" that might relate.
