Unwanted toolbar

Somehow I caught a toolbar (with links to various other
websites) from the internet that is always on my IE 6.0
and on my desktop...cannot get rid of them!
Appreciate any suggestions.

Did you get any responses. I haad the same thing It was
called XXXToolBar and I can't remove it.
