Unwanted Toolbar Keeps Reappearing!!!

Ok, i have ie v. 6 and my problem is i have a toolbar called Keep 16 (i have no idea how i got it) which keeps coming up on internet explorer, instead of my Google Toolbar which i want to come up.

Please keep in mind that i have already searced Add/Remove programs for this toolbar and searched my harddrive for it, and it did not appear in any of these places, WHY IS IT DOING THIS!!~!!

Toolbar Cop from http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/Toolkit.htm should be able to
remove this.

You should also search for other unwanted files or programs. Download,
update and run (at least) these two programs:
Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
Spybot from http://security.kolla.de/
Both should be updated before use.
