Unwanted Tool Bars (WhenUSearch)

Just before the holidays my computer (Windows XP) was
infected with an unwanted WhenUSearch tool bar.

How can I remove it?

When I try to delete it, I can't because it says there are
other users besides myself. How can I remove it from my
XP account and other XP accounts on my computer.

This sounds to me like you've got hidden "spyware" on your hard drive. Go to Ad-Aware's website (use google) and download their free program. Run a full scan and I think you'll be good to go. You'd be surprised what crap makes it onto your machine to watch your activites.

I would try running AdAware (www.lavasoft.de) and/or Spybot Search and
Destroy (www.security.kolla.de) and see what turns up.
