Unwanted Search Bars!!

Can someone offer advice oh how to get rid of the
following toolbars? I have no idea how they got on my pc
and have tried everything to get rid of them. The only
clue I have on the first one is if you choose the home
button on the search bar it goes to
http://z17788.wflu.com. The second one I always uncheck
on the toolbar option but it always comes back and is
called eallgoastcb. How does this happen and how can I
avoid it happening again? Thank you in advance for any
help you can give me.
