unwanted program which could not be uninstalled

Every time I start windows a small bar saying "music search online " pops
out . This
program is not listed in Control Panel Add Remove Programs.
Also a toolbar appears in Internet Explorer of the same company "Music
Search Online"

How do I
uninstall this program. It is very annoying.

Try MSCOnfig and check for suspected entries under startup
