Unwanted procedure

How do I keep from getting a new "Private Sub UserForm_Click()"
procedure (which I then have to delete) at the bottom of the sheet
every time I select the code sheet for an existing user form?
 
Right click the object and select View Code. That won't produce any
auto-generated code.
