In support of a relative's system, (the curse of all IT,)
the system32 folder opens on the desktop at startup
everytime. Although it does not impact the performance
of XP and just requires a close, all fellow A-retentives
will sympathize with the anoyance of this procedure.
Ran MSConfig to eliminate any System32 startups by
suspended them one at a time with no sucess. Have looked
at the Runs via regedit and all seem to be correct.
Queries to fellow geeks at corprate haven't helped other
than to trigger buried memories of something similar in
Win98 or Win2K but no one seems to be able to offer any
leads. Any suggestions?
