unwanted font download prompt

after I published a webpage I'm in charge of (www.paa.osu.edu) those who
access it get a prompt saying 'download chinese font'. I re-published after
checking that the english (or 'western') options was chosen in the
properties, but I still have the same problem.

Can someone help me with that?

the problem with the Chinese fonts are that a half hour after downloading
them....you're hungry again ;-)

I should have also added that I can't get the download prompt, either.
