Unwanted (Duplicated) User Profile

Hi
Don't know how, but have ended up with duplicated
profiles under Documents and settings: "All Users", "All
Users.WINDOWS" and "Default User" and "Default
User.WINDOWS".

1) Where did these "..WINDOWS" profiles come from?

2) How can I get rid of them?

Really dont want to reload Windows AGAIN...
