Unwanted content added to browser and toolbar

Every time I open my IE 6.0 browser it loads a toolbar
called "tryllcadrcr" at the top of the page and it adds a
window at the bottom of the page with links to gambling
and other sites. How do I remove these from my browser. I
have run AntiVirus and AdWare scanners and they have not
removed the offending application

Finally figured it out.

Control Panel/Add Remove Programs/ Removed "LOP"

It was the only program that I did not recognize.

Finally figured it out.

Control Panel/Add Remove Programs/ Removed "LOP"

That removal will only remove a little bit of LOP. To totally remove LOP
you need SpyBot Search and Destroy.
