Unstable linguistic arrangements.

I have such a phenomenon WIN XP Home:
I applied, for moving of the system of the tool I was changing the hard disk
"deploy.cab" of system being located on the installation board.
Now, after this change behind every take-off satiated in linguistic
arrangements
only the English United States of America is being loaded. After adding the
language up Polish and for choosing him as shrewd and the command "apply",
doesn't make of writing down of these arrangements. I have again after the
repeated take-off of the system only the English to add the bow tie to Poland
in arrangements and again and to arrange on shrewd.
I was browsing the let but I didn't find the similar description of the
case. In fold "Advanced" of regional and linguistic options, after pointing
out "apply
all arrangements.... "he isn't keeping this arrangement also and he is
behind everyone starts empty field. Languages are marked all the ones which
should to (somewhere I found the description it is necessary to mark it for
the Polish language).
I am suspecting that the other arrangement is still (where?) who should
oneself
to write down so that he was keeping this arrangement of the language.

-start of the system: the English is being booted (US);
- the Polish (of programmer) language is missing ;
- the language of Polish (of programmer) i adding ;
-I am setting Poland as "default";
-he is recording: "aplly"
-reset of the system: again I have only the charged English (US)

is it intelligible?

Do you see English and want to see Polish and you have a polish MUI pack..

Do you type english and want to type polish.

Are you talking about Windows or a program?

Can someone in the polish groups translate to english for you.

You set keyboard to english and it changes back to polish? Menus are still in Polish? Is this correct?

Any programs use, after system start, again english keyboard and polish
keybourd is missing.

Can you describe what you do, for example,

Click Start, click Control Panel, double click Regional and Language Options, then Languages tab, then Details button, then Add ..., the select Polish. Then change Default Language drop down box to Polish.

What do you see when you go back to here after a reboot.

Are you an administrator? Are you setting it in the default language drop down box (above the list where you Add)?

Yes, I am an admin and I seting polish as default. More, bat delete english
and reboot, again see only one english (US).
