Unsafe expressions

I've created a database that is now going out to the users who haven't used
access before.

When they open access, it gives them messages about blocking expressions.
Mine doesn't do that, either because I turned off a long time ago and don't
remember, or because I'm an admin.

I can't see where to turn off the message. Any help is greatly welcome.
I'd like to give my users a good experience.
