Unresponsive programs

can anybody tell me why I keep geting unresponsive programs, nothing seems
to work very well. My machine used to fly but now it seems quite poorly.

I have no viruses, worms,trojans,mal or spyware, diallers etc etc (I know
that sounds very blaze) but I run spybot, adaware, Microsoft antispyware and
My av is upto date all with latest updates every day.
