Unrecognized Database Format?

Hi- I just got done entering information onto my database and than I tried to
copy it over to a CD-RW. After I closed Access and started it up again and
tried to open the database an error came up saying that the database has an
unrecognized format. What is wrong with this? How do I fix it?

Do you have two versions of Access installed in your computer?
It could be that the DB is Access 2003 and you trying to open it with an
earlier version like Access 97.

If not it could be that the DB is corupted

No I don't have an earlier version, just Microsoft Access 2003.
