Unquarantine req'd Browser Plug in

Using MS Antispyware Beta, I thoughtlessly quarantined MyWaySpeedbar (brower
plug in). Now I can't logon to my online university class. Meanwhile, I
also fooled around with "restore access points".

Must be a simple way to deal with this, but I've spent the holiday morning
trying without success.

Can anyone walk me through it?
 
Open MSAS
Go to Adnanced Tools
Open Browser Restore, and folow the instructions.
