Unprotect Worksheet

How can I unprotect a worksheet that is password
protected if I don't have the password?? Please Help..

Take a trip to:

Download the AllInternalPasswords.xls file
Open that File
Open the offending workbook
Tools >Macro > Macros
Select AllInternalPasswords
Run
Follow the easy instructions
Save the file
Done
