unprotect sheet

Hi,
I have a workbook with: protected sheets & protected worbook (diferent
passwords)
I use my password to open the workbook, and another password to unprotect
the sheets.
It seems that I forgot or mistyped one of the sheets, and it is always
telling me that I am not entering the correct password to unprotect the
sheet.

So I need to unprotect a sheet in an open Excel workbook.
can any one help
