Unparsable Record

When I import a text file into Access there are some
records that do not get imported. An import error table
is created and the error type is "Unparsable Record". I
cannot find an explanation for this error. If anyone
knows what this is or how to fix it, I would appreciate
the help.

"Parsing" usually means separating a long text string (e.g. a record in a
text file) into its component parts.
"Unparsable" would be a record which can't be separated out into parts as
defined in your import specification.
If you take a look at the records in the error table, you may be able to see
what the problem is.
