I have an old Access database that I need to retrieve data
out of. It is secured throught MS Access. Is there away
to get into this database if I do not know the password?

This data is old. I do not know what version of MS Access
it was created in, or if it was originally create though
some other program written on top of Access. I need to
retrieve the data put it into the latest and greatest
version of Access, so that we can use the data in an
upcomming project.

Is it secured by password or is it user level protected or do you know?

Access's user level protection is not easy to get past.

Hopefully this will serve as a warning to anyone securing Access or any
program data, consider the problems of loosing the data if everyone who
knows the password leaves.
