Unlocking a computer

Is there a way for an Administrator to unlock a locked computer, without
logging the current user off?

It is indeed possible to reset lost or forgotten password using Active@
Password Changer tool. that is a really mighty utility that never
failed me before and is really easy to use. That should always help.
