unlock user account is greyed out?

I logged onto our domain controller to unlock a user
account and that check box is now unavailable. THis is
true whether or not I log on via terminal server or
locally. I can access when I launch ADU&C from my
workstation using the same credentials via the runas
service. I cannot think of anything that I changed
recently and it worked on Friday... HELP!!

Hello Matthew,
Questions.
1. Are you logged on as administrator in all instances?
2. Are you editing another administrator account?
3. Do you have theis problem regardless of the account you attempt to edit?
4. Are you editing accounts in your domain or a different domain?

Run this command on your account and the account you are attempting to
unlock. Verify that your account is in the admins group and the locked
account is not.

The account that I am using is in the Domain Admins,
Built-in\Administrators on the DC. The account that I am
attempting to unlock is in neither.

The curious thing is that I can access this function when
I run ADU&C from my workstation and not locally on the
DC. That and why this suddenly changed.

Hello Matthew,
Try reinstalling the adminpak.msi on the domain controller.
