Unload/Hide Userform when switching to a new Wbk

Hello,

How can i cause a UserForm to unload/Hide when the user switches to
another workbook, without using the Workbook_Deactivate event in the
Workbook VBA code area?

I look for a different approach because the UserForm will be trigered
by an add-in and the active workbook will not have a Workbook VBA code
area with the Deactivate event

Take a look at this for application level events which will catch the
Deactive evnet of the workbook...
