I recently installed Windows XP Professional in a
multiboot system with Windows 2000 Professional. I have
a two drive system. The first drive has two partitions:
one primary NTFS partition and one extended NTFS
partition. Windows 2000 boots from the extended NTFS
partition. These partitions are both visible. The second
drive has three partitions: two extended NTFS partitions
and one primary NTFS partition. Windows XP boots from the
second extended NTFS partition. However, the other two
NTFS partitions are not visible. The Disk Management
utility lists their Status as Healthy (Unknown
Partition). Does anyone know why this is occurring? Is
there anything simple I can do to make these partitions
visible to Windows XP? They are all visible to Windows
2000!
