When I click on this it takes me to a web page
http://expertantivirus.com/?aid=3 and offers me a new anti virus that I don't
want. What do I do to get rid of this . Help I'm new to this.

This sounds like spyware, have you tried deleting it? And if you have,
did it let you?

If it stops you from deleting it, then chances are that some process
has locked the file. Although there are methods for removing this
manually, they can be tricky, so I would suggest downloading a good
anti-spyware application such as Windows Defender

only about 7 Google search results for this infection at this time.

Try Spybot, or an antivirus scan in Safe Mode. If possible, run a boot
scan.
