UNKNOWN ERROR

I CAN NOT DELETE ONE PARTICULAR MESSAGE FROM THE JUNK MAIL FOLDER. WHENEVER I
TRY, AN UNKNOWN ERROR OCCURS. IS IT POSSIBLE TO FIX THIS?
 
I have the same in my Inbox. Cannot displayn message and cannot delete.
BUT I can still receive and hopefully send other messages. It is a bit of a
pain though in my new Vista.
