A question for the gods that read the Winxp.help_and_support newsgroup:
I recently changed hard drives on my WinXP SP2 installation. 3
physical drives were consolidated onto one larger drive. and an
additional RAID arrary set was added. No logical partition changes
were made. The three old drives were copied into three new partitions
on the new drive.
All appears to have gone well. The only issue is that a new drive "H"
has shown up in explorer. It shows up as a local disk, with a "raw"
file system and zero bytes used and free space.
It does not show up in the Disk Management volume list, nor do I see
anything strange in the Device Manager. I can't figure out how to
remove it!
Thanks in advance for any help. Long live Usenet!
