Unknown Application pop-up

Every 15 minutes exactly, an application opens on the taskbar (icon like when
setting up a program).
This stops some games (Grrrrrrr). Does not show in the Task Manager at all.
Running latest McAfee, Spy Sweeper, Ad-Aware, MS Anti-spyware beta: no
problems there.
It's not in some system logs I came accross.
It's like a program is searching for something then shutting down, but can't
be sure.
Any ideas?

Check Scheduled Tasks. Start, All Programs, Accessories,
System Tools, Scheduled Tasks.
