updates , and if i did would it effect to the pc at all

Hi

Some may be uninstallable via Add/Remove programs. However, be careful what
you uninstall - a lot are Security Updates that need to be left in place.

Under Control Panel, Add/remove programs if you check "show updates" you'll
see all the WIN XP patches.
As already mentioned earlier some removals may be bad for your machine.
Items like .NET canont be removed once they are installed.
It is usually safe to remove the highmat cd, secure card, me3dia player and
other updates you don't ever plan on using or have the hardwrae for and if
you don't use outlook express why waste the time loading the updates for it?
Check your setting for auto updates. Select ask me before loading and if you
do the custom vs express method you can see the details of each update and
check off ones you don't want to see again. Enjoy
