Unistall Windows 2000 while maintaining the partition

have 2 versions of win 2000 one a "c" partition. one is corrupt, other
working fine. how do I uninstall corrupt version while maintaining
integrity/settings of other. or is this even worth it? have plenty of c
disk space. thanks

Simply delete the folder that contains the corrupt version.
If unsure which one it is, rename it first, then delete it after
one week.
