Unique Rows

I have a sheet with 500 rows with two columns. COL A has
a code and column has a name. Problem is that the codes
and names can be repeated several times on the sheet. How
can I copy out only unique rows.

One way is to use Data / Filter / Advanced Filter and check the 'Unique
records only' box
