Union Query

I am creating a union query - both queries are identical
except for criteria and works fine alone but when I try to
join them (in a union)it throws up a "Sata Type Mismatch
in Criteria Expression Error" Does anyone have any ides
how to troubleshoot this?
 
Plse post relevant Table details and the SQL String of your Union Query.
