I have a client using Outlook 2000 (on Exchange 5.5) who
has been inviting co-workers to meetings using Outlook
scheduling. A couple of the invitees upon accepting the
invitations are automatically sending a response to several
specific users who have neither been invited nor cc'ed.
This is driving me nuts. Any idea how those persons are
getting these emails?

Do they have delegates selected that receive copies of their meetings etc? Check it out.

I was having the same problem. I would send messages and
sometimes it would go to uninvited people or when people
would respond with 'accept or decline' someone in addition
to me would get the response. I had my branch personnel
delegated to look at my calendar but no one when I totally
eliminated them from the delegation list, even though they
didn't have the delegated ability to change or modify the
calendar, it corrected the problem.

Thanks, as soon as I get back onsite I'll check this out!
